DELIVERY
Minimum order is 1 dozen bottles which may be mixed.
Delivery is free in Central London. For other areas in mainland UK there will be a delivery charge. This will be confirmed when you order.

Gifts may be ordered in any quantity.
All of our gifts are delivered from Monday to Friday overnight by Courier and arrive the following day. At the moment we do not offer deliveries at the weekend or on Bank Holidays.

Our standard delivery charge to the majority of the mainland UK is £8.50 for gifts, however there are some exceptions in parts of Northern Wales and Northern Scotland; we will confirm the amount with you when you place your order.

All goods should be examined and signed for at receipt and claims for breakages and short deliveries made within a week of receipt. No claims for breakages or short deliveries will be accepted without documentary evidence.

PRICES
All prices are per dozen bottles and are exclusive of vat unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without prior notice.

PAYMENT
Payment is due strictly 30 days from date of invoice (unless other credit terms have been agreed and signed). The account will not exceed £3,000 at any time. The Revelstoke Wine Co Ltd reserves the right to charge 1.5% interest per month on overdue accounts.

TITLE OF GOODS
Ownership of all goods delivered remains with The Revelstoke Wine Co Ltd until all monies owed are paid in full. Ownership of goods delivered only becomes that of the purchaser once all monies are paid in full. The Revelstoke Wine Co Ltd is entitled to recover goods to the value of the monies outstanding in the event of late payment. Risk in the property passes to the purchaser as from the date of delivery, even though title of the goods remains with The Revelstoke Wine Co Ltd until all sums due are paid and cleared.

FORCE MAJEURE
The Revelstoke Wine Co Ltd will not be liable for the failure to fulfil any terms of any transactions governed by the above terms and conditions of sale if fulfilment has been delayed, hindered or prevented by any circumstance whatsoever which is not directly within The Revelstoke Wine Co Ltd’s control.
